BREAKING: Suspected bombs found at KPK leaders’ houses

Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) leaders Agus Rahardjo and Laode M. Syarif faced terror threats on Wednesday, with unknown assailants placing what appeared to be bombs at their houses. It was suspected that a Molotov cocktail exploded at Laode’s house.
National Police spokesman Brig. Gen. Dedi Prasetyo confirmed the incident.“We found evidence in the form of glass shards and trails of smoke, although we can’t confirm whether it was a Molotov cocktail or another type of bomb,” Dedi said.
According to a report obtained by The Jakarta Post, a bomb squad officer discovered a black bag hanging on the fence of Agus’ house in Bekasi, West Java, at around 5:30 a.m. on Wednesday.
The officer found material resembling components of a high explosive pipe bomb, such as a detonator, cable, nails and pipe. The bomb squad immediately defused the suspected package. At the same time, the remains of a Molotov cocktail were found at Laode’s house in Kalibata, South Jakarta.
The KPK deputy chairman claimed to have seen suspicious people near his house at around 1 a.m. through security cameras. One of Laode’s neighbors said she heard glass breaking at around 1 a.m. Dedi said personnel from the Jakarta Police, the National Police and the police’s Densus 88 counterterrorism squad were investigating the case.

The news is accurate, because accurate news is that every statement in a news story, every name and date and age and quotation, every definitive word or expression or sentence must be precise and unequivocal presentation of verifiable fact. Based on the news I have read, every statement, name, date are precise. For example (National Police spokesman Brig. Gen. The news is also balanced. Balance is a matter of emphasis and completeness. Here, completeness is a matter of balancing selected facts in order to give the reader a fair understanding of the total news picture. Based on the news, the reporter gave completeness of the chronologies that happened in the news, the reporter selected facts, such as some recognitions from the KPK deputy chairman and Laode’s neighbors. And then, the news is objective. Objectivity means that the news comes to the consumer untainted by any personal bias or outside influence that would make it appear anything but what it is. The reporter gave honest observation based on the incident without slanting, shading, or tinting. The news is concise and clear. A news story must follow the news form: it must be a unit, concise, clear, and simple. News should be written so clearly that the meaning of the story is absolutely plain. The reporter told the news as a unit, simple, and clearly understood. So, the meaning of the news could deliver easily. And the last but not least, the news is also recent. News media are specific about time because of things are always changing, and news consumers want the most recent information on subjects. This news happened on Wednesday 8th, January 2019 and this news also published on that day. So, it can be concluded that this news was fresh and recent.
